On May 10, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:
"My name is Jay Cleary and I am a promoter / musician / manager based in Toronto. I have the signing authority for several groups from Toronto including: High Plains Drifter, The House of David Gang and The Chameleon Project. I would like to start adding shows for these groups - I think that the Archive is an important tool in sharing new music and I would like to get my own bands more connected to this great online community.
